Given all the activity involved with optimizing your website, a variety of reports can be provided to help you understand the progress that is being made. These SEO reports are described below.

Search Engine Submission Reports
This report details the new search engines and directories your website has been submitted to and when.
Keyword Analysis Reports
Keyword analysis reports are delivered as a result of the keyword analysis process, and include information about the number of searches for a variety of targeted keyword variations that take place in the top search engines. This information allows us to identify “high performing” keywords, meaning those that are the most likely to result in clicks from search engine users. Link Popularity Reports

Ranking Reports
Ranking Reports list your site rankings for targeted keyword phrases in top search engines, including AllTheWeb, AltaVista, Ask Jeeves, Excite, Google, HotBot, Lycos, MSN, Teoma, and Yahoo!

Web Traffic Reports
Shows the number of hits on the site, at what times, from which search engines, etc. Traffic reporting is often provided by your hosting provider. The website traffic analysis package that BizWonk uses for most of the clients we host is AWStats. If we are not hosting your website, check with your ISP to determine what types of reporting options they offer. Even if they don't provide reporting services, you can request “log files” which we can run through a reporting package for you to help understand the flow of traffic to your website.
Paid Placement Reports
Pay per click reports show how budgeted paid placement funds were used.
