Lance Topping, President and Chief Wonk

The team focused on emerging technologies and strategic initiatives such as benchmark-setting achievement of CMM Level 2. (At the same time, the group achieved more than half of the Level 3 KPAs.) Applications were developed using leading edge technologies, and the group achieved very high levels of customer satisfaction as rated by customer surveys.
Examples of some applications developed were the Xerox Marketplace, Worker's Compensation Reporting Tool, Xerox Management Model, and Customer Satisfaction Survey Tools.
Some internal customer comments are listed below:

“SMART Solutions fully met the deliverables and provided a high-quality product, on time and within budget.”
“SMART Solutions has always been very customer-oriented. They work closely with our staff to define requirements, recommend cost-effective solutions, and then deliver thoroughly tested and user friendly software.”
